Do I need to notify anyone when a dependent reaches the maximum age limit?

No, you do not need to notify the medical or non-medical carrier(s) when a dependent reaches the maximum age limit of 26 years. The dependent will automatically drop from coverage when they reach the maximum age limit for the benefit. Your benefits will update accordingly in Employee Navigator and your payroll deductions will be updated as well (if applicable).
