- Visit the Mutual of Omaha Find a Dentist page.
- Indicate the plan type - Mutually Preferred Network
- Enter the location information by either the dentist's last name or office name.
- Additional criteria, such as the zip code or city and state can be used to narrow your search further.
- Click the search button
- Refine your search using the filters on the left to look for specialists, etc.
