Preventive Care is an important part of staying healthy, and Bedford City School District rewards employees who complete an annual wellness (physical) exam with discounted medical and dental plan rates. Wellness discounts do not roll over from year to year.
Employees earn the 5% wellness discount in 2025 by completing a preventive care (wellness) visit with a doctor during 2024. Visits are automatically reported by Cigna, so there are no forms to complete.
New medical plan members automatically receive the wellness discount through the end of the calendar year in which they join the plan.
