Cigna Healthcare medical plan members may have received a letter from Cigna indicating that Cleveland Clinic is out of network starting March 31, 2025. This letter was generated in error during May.
Members who received this letter will receive an updated letter stating that the Cleveland Clinic provider group is IN NETWORK and there is no network disruption.
Please know that Cleveland Clinic is engaged in a multi-year contract with Cigna Healthcare and continues to be in-network with Cigna Healthcare.
